Musik in the Park: Jacob Kyle and the Bluesbonnets

On September 12th, Jacob Kyle and the Bluesbonnets will kick off the Fall 2026 Concert Series at The Park! Jacob is a Texas-based singer/songwriter with over a decade of live performance experience across the state. His music blends the sounds of traditional Texas blues with honky-tonk and jazz. He is recognized for his signature slide guitar style, which plays a central role in his sound. Over the years, Kyle has performed in some of the most iconic venues, theaters, bars, and honky-tonks throughout Texas.

The Bluesbonnets are a three-piece blues-rock band featuring Jacob Kyle on vocals, guitar, and harmonica, Jed Craddock on drums, and Joey Berrios on bass. Drawing inspiration from blues legends such as Robert Johnson, B.B. King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, along with ’70s outlaw country artists including Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, and George Jones, the band delivers a sound that is authentic, fresh, and full of energy.
